About Craig Estate Sales Established in May 1994, Rick Craig and his team make sure that your estate sale is as profitable and as efficient as possible. We are licensed, bonded and insured, and complete the sale from start to finish. The home will be completely empty at the end of the sale. Craig Estate Sales will do consignments if you only need to sell a few items. Our Fee Most of the Estate Sales are between 25% and 40% of the total Sale.(depending on the size, condition, value of the estate, and how much work is involved in cleaning and getting ready.)
